GDi is sponsoring Copernicus Hackathon in Zagreb 2019!
GDi is pleased to announce that we are sponsoring the ‘Copernicus Hackathon’ event which takes place in Zagreb on 23rd to 24th October 2019.
The European Commission supported event is organized by the Faculty of Geodesy, University of Zagreb, under the auspices of the Croatian Ministry of Science and Education.
‘Copernicus Hackathon’ is a competition whereby teams take part in developing applications for different topic areas. The primary themes this year are:
- Smart Cities and Smart Management.
- Protection of the environment and climate.
- Earth Observation (EO) applications in industry, agriculture and forestry
As part of our sponsorship, GDi will provide:
- Access to Esri ArcGIS e-training.
- Access to Esri ArcGIS licenses for the purpose of Hackathon participation.
- Presentation and Q&A session for interested Hackathon participants at GDi premises, Baštijanova 52a during training week (September 16th – 20th 2019).
For teachers:
- 1 Day pre-event training on ArcGIS Online at GDi premises
For all winning teams that will exclusively use ArcGIS for their work:
- ArcGIS for Personal Use licenses (duration 12 months) for every team member
