Croatian Post is the national postal operator in Croatia. The organization employs approximately 10,000 workers in more than 1,000 postal offices throughout the country. To make delivery of 38 million parcels each year more efficient, Croatian Post embarked on a new development strategy. It wanted to stabilize its core business by streamlining transportation and reducing delivery and distribution costs.

We provided a solution that includes our own Ensemble for Fleet Management and RouteSmart’s advanced routing technology. Ensemble for Fleet Management tracks vehicles in real time and provides vehicle management for more than 3,000 Croatian Post vehicles. Management includes fuel use monitoring and driver statistics logging. Detailed reports generation is included and as a result, Croatia Post now has a single comprehensive view into all aspects of its delivery and distribution activities.
