In this webinar ‘Service Order Management and Zero Touch Provisioning’, the second webinar in our telecoms series, we presented and discussed the latest trends in telecommunications, with a focus on how zero touch provisioning and order management can bring significant benefits to both businesses and customers alike.
In our last webinar we saw how to plan, design, and build the network and automatically store all necessary data in Network Inventory system. Now it is time to start with fulfilling customer requests using this data.
In this webinar we demonstrate the operational part of the provisioning process, with a focus on service order management. The process consists of decomposing customer orders received from the BSS side and using stored network data in the Network Inventory system to setup and activate customer services. The most efficient, accurate and repeatable workflow will use as little human interaction as possible in a streamlined process called ‘zero touch provisioning’. We explore and demonstrate this process with some real-world examples.
The webinar will be of particular interest to those involved in network planning, network analysis, telecommunication field services and others involved in the telecommunication business.
