Wildfires have affected several countries in Europe and other parts of the world in recent months. The Dalmatian area of Croatia has been no exception and has very recently been particularly affected. High temperatures, dry conditions and strong winds have been contributing factors in the rapid spread of these fires.
GDi was proud to be one of the participating companies at this year's Job Fair, held at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing in Zagreb. It was the largest so far, with 93 employers and companies from 14 different branches of ICT and the electrical engineering industry.
We are are pleased to announce that GDi will be present and actively participating in ANGACOM 2017, a leading European exhibition and congress for cable TV, broadband and media services, and related technologies.
On 27th of April members of the GDi team were in Osijek, for the 'Open days of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Computer Science and Information Technology'. We presented an overview of our company and gave the students information about the various types of job opportunities that exist within GDi.
Following the start of the Handball World Championships in France, GDi decided to help you get in the mood. We have created an online story map showing all the countries participating in the 2017 competition. Also shown is the list of 1st stage groups. In addition, we included all the host cities and gallery images of every venue in which the games will be played.
