Conference Overview
The GDi Group hosted its annual GDi Solutions Conference 2026 in Zagreb, bringing together representatives from public administration, industry, and academia to discuss trends in digital transformation, infrastructure management, and advanced technologies.
The conference was opened by Boran Lončarić, President of the Management Board, followed by key presentations including “Driving Smart Infrastructure: Digital Solutions for Local Government & Utilities” by Dragan Šević and Vojkan Gavrilović, highlighting digital platforms for managing utility systems.
Speakers included Marin Lukas (City of Zagreb), Krešimir Budiša (UHY Consulting), and Prof. Dr. Vladan Babović (National University of Singapore), who presented on urban management, infrastructure planning, and AI-driven modeling.
Parallel sessions covered public administration, environmental protection, energy, and water management, with a focus on digitalization, GIS integration, and climate-related challenges such as flood management.
The conference concluded by emphasizing the importance of education and cross-sector collaboration in advancing future-ready digital solutions.
