Product/Solution Specialist for Logistics
Your challenge
As a Product Specialist, you will work closely with Product Owners to ensure excellent product delivery. You will have to get familiar with all capabilities of our GDi Ensemble FieldOps Solution. GDi Ensemble FieldOps is a highly adaptable solution that can cover field operations for multiple industries like deliveries in logistics and transport, food delivery, retail and distribution, any type of field service, inspection services, field sales, or waste collection. The GDi Ensemble Solution for Logistics is based on the recognizable and proven GDi Ensemble products Fleet and W4 and it requires advanced resource planning for people and vehicles.
What will you do?
- Become a product expert familiar with all products capabilities
- Giving product and solution presentations and demonstrations
- Participating in activities including customer onboarding, and product consulting support
- Analyse client’s needs and transform them into product feature requirements
- Constant collaboration with Product Owners
- Helping clients meet their goals by utilizing products to their complete potential
- Create supporting solution documentation
- Support company’s marketing activities such as webinars and presentation
- Flexibility, ability to manage multiple tasks
About you:
- A Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in information technology, computer science, business economics, or another related field with 2+ years of experience
- Proficient knowledge of the English language
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience in business analysis, client communication, requirement specification
- Experience in product or software configuration
