Implementation Specialist/Business Consultant- Telco OSS 

Start date:  Immediately or after 30 days’ notice period.

Contract type:  permanent

Location:  Zagreb.

Travel: Requires occasional travel to customer sites in Europe / EMEA and our regional offices.

Your challenge

GDi Telco Business Consulting and Implementation team is seeking a Implementation Specialist/Telco Business Consultant to join our team.

Main activities of Implementation Specialist/Business Consultant will be in the OSS (Operational Support Systems) domain, with focus on Resource Management area.

What will you do?

  • Implementation specialist/Business Consultant responsibilities include overall activities – from design requirements, plan and specifications for delivery, provide customer training and advanced support to customer, implementation of the product at the customer site including testing and documentation of implemented products.
  • Implementation Specialist/Business Consultant can act as Technical Account Manager for one GDi telco client
  • In addition, in some cases, Implementation Specialist/Business Consultant will execute product marketing strategies, plans and activities and provide customer facing product demos, trials, technical sales, industry events and media activities support.
  • The role of Implementation Specialist/Business Consultant requires technical work and excellence as well as the responsibility for meeting company’s strategic and tactical goals, and at the same time satisfying customer demand.

About you:

  • Master’s degree
  • Significant information and communication technology experience and proficient information technology expertise is required
  • Advanced knowledge and understanding of Telco Industry
  • Advanced knowledge and experience in GIS area (ESRI)
  • At least 3 years of experience in working with BSS/OSS systems
  • At least 3 years of experience in working with GIS systems (ESRI)
  • Ability to understand customer business requirements and transform these into tangible technical requirements and optimal technical solution
  • Excellent writing, presentation and communication skills
  • Demonstrate a cooperative, professional demeanor, initiative and collaboration skills to achieve business goals
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken – using English as a working language
