Business Development Quality and CRM Specialist

Start date:  Immediately or after 30 days’ notice period.

Contract type:  permanent

Location:  Zagreb.

Travel: Requires occasional travel to customer sites in Europe / EMEA and our regional offices.

Your challenge

As part of our Business Development Quality team, your focus will mostly be on market analytics, vendor and proposition management, branding and support in organizing internal and external events.

We are looking for someone with an analytical mind and a detailed understanding of marketing methodologies, passionate about bringing in a fresh perspective to our many innovative projects. You will have the opportunity to give your contribution in developing quality business relationships with our clients while working in a creative atmosphere, as part of our international team.

What will you do?

  • Market analysis, segmentation and prioritization of leads in order to create and maintain a set of relevant business opportunities using CRM
  • Creating and managing the sales leads and potentials (pipeline) through marketing, business development and pre-sales processes
  • Analysis of targeted market segments, key marketing events and targeted effects, defining measures of implementation success and budget profitability
  • Quality assurance of bidding and contracting processes, execution of invoicing and revenue collection for products and services
  • Preparation and quality control of business proposals, preparation of standard contract templates and terms and conditions
  • Researching opportunities for applying to tenders – identification and analysis of tenders, collection of tender documentation
  • Creating business reports for GDi management board
  • Cooperation with other teams in order to further improve products and services in accordance with market feedback
  • Collaboration with GDi Marketing Team on internal and external communication (marketing announcements for the web and media, participation in the preparation and execution of all events) – social network marketing/digital marketing /event management

About you:

  • Passionate about technology and Geographic Information Systems
  • Thorough, with analytical approach to work
  • Detail oriented and focused on quality
  • Work experience in similar positions is an advantage
  • Education in geography, geoinformatics, business informatics or economics is a plus
  • Experience with data processing, reporting, dashboarding, creating infographics etc.
  • Experience with CRM, market analysis and Microsoft D365 is a plus
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Adaptable and open to new experiences
